New!  VOICES from Brownsville's Past (preview)

VOICES from Brownsville's Past is an archive of audio- and video-recorded interviews conducted many years ago by me (Glenn Tunney), speaking with some of Brownsville's most recognizable personalities of the time.

Most if not all of these interviewees are no longer living, but you can listen to them, and in many cases "see" them again on video, as they describe their memories of living in the Brownsville area.

The VOICES from Brownsville's Past project is well underway, and all that remains is converting the interviews from audio or video tape recordings into a digital format, uploading them to an internet site such as YouTube, and providing you with a link to listen to each interview.

I hope to have this exciting new feature of the Brownsville History HQ web site up and running soon!  At this moment, this part of the Brownsville History HQ site is "Under Construction!"  It is something I am looking forward to sharing with you, and I hope you will enjoy it!
